Founding Story

Jon was inspired to start SageVoice through his experience as a remote caregiver for his father, who has  mid-stage dementia.  His father’s favorite thing to do is tell the stories he still remembers, and Jon wanted to give him more purpose and the opportunity to do it without limit.

What started out as interviewing software, quickly evolved into solving problems for medical providers and clinical researchers.

  • Jon has spent 15+ years building products in both the b2b and consumer spaces, often leveraging cutting-edge AI.
  • At Wikipedia he led the team responsible for all non-editing users, serving nearly 1 billion MAUs, and driving significant growth.
  • At NoRedInk, Jon led the product management team and his favorite project was overseeing the development of AI grading.
  • Jon has an MBA from Berkeley-Haas and a BA from Yale in Behavioral Neuroscience.
